Customize Testimonial Widget on Homepage

Hi! Can I get some help with this:

1. I want to center the Testimonials title on the homepage widget.
2. Control the spacing above and below it.
3. Change the background colour to grey
4. Change the default icon – maybe use my own?
5. Change the size of the icon.
6. Is the icon replaced by the featured image if I upload one?
7. I’ve set the link text to Read More, and to link to the testimonials page, but don’t see the link anywhere….
